The city tour today is spent with a nice introduction of Yangon by visiting Sule pagoda - a 2,5000 year Burmese stupa, which is located in the heart of the city, an important religious site. Continue to the Reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, a 213-foot-long statue with an expressive enamel face. View the story of the Buddha’s life embossed on the soles of the statue’s staggered feet. Stop a local Tea House to experience what locals do when exploring the city and followed by a stroll through Scott Market amid shops filled with antiques, old coins, Burmese jade and handicrafts. Back to hotel to relax.
"Go there at night" is absolutely worth for visitors who want to see the best of Shwedagon Pagoda, then this evening is spent with a visit to Shwedagon Pagoda. You will have a great opportunity to see Yangon's most famous temple as the sun sets and the golden spires of the temple glow. Alongside an expert guide, visit the pagoda to learn about the history, religious significance and daily prayers that the pagoda welcomes each day. You will have the opportunity to participate in candle lighting, with your guide there to explain the meaning behind this cultural tradition. A truly moving experience at one of Myanmar's most awe-inspiring temples! Back to hotel and the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel followed by a private transfer to the airport to take a flight to Bagan. Met and welcomed by a local tour guide then again you will enjoy a short drive to hotel. Checking into your accommodation. Relax for a while, then you and the tour guide and driver will begin a comprehensive tour to see Bagan's historic temples and highlights. The excursion begins with a visit to Tayoke Pyay Temple. You will be taken to visit temples around Minthu village including Thamanpaya, Thambula and Payathonzu. The morning ended with a quick visit to a local village nearby so that you can encounter with friendly locals as well as see their daily life. Back to hotel to have lunch and relax.
Afternoon continues with the most beautiful temple in the region, the Ananda Temple. It is the largest, best preserved and most revered of all the temples in Bagan and it is believed that the temple was built around 1105 by King Kyanzittha. You will continue the exploration with a visit temples and pagodas nearby Ananda Temple. End the day viewing the sunset over the plains and temples of Pagan from one of the smaller temples to avoid crowds. Back to the hotel and you will spend your evening relaxing. Overnight at hotel.
A full day tour starts with a private jeep or 4WD to Kanpalat. And then, take about one hour drive along Ayeyarwaddy River to Chauk, where have a sightseeing of morning market. The next route is to drive to Seikphyu village which lines on the other site of the mightly Ayeyarwaddy River. After that, proceed to one of the big Burmese villages, named Kazunma Village, in Magwe Division. After lunch drive among the forested mountains. It will be a good time to take photos of the nature. Driving in the dry zone takes about 3 hours before we arrive at Saw, a small administrative town, where stop for a tea brake. Then keep up driving for 12 miles to Kanpalat, a small administrative town of Chin People. Chin women with tattooed faces and ways of life of the Chin tribes can be observed in this small town. In the evening, check in Pine Wood Villa which is situated among the pine forest about 3000 ft above sea level, for night stop. The cool climatic condition on the hill will be lovely for you while seizing enjoyable dinner and night stay at Chin Eco Lodge.
Under the rising sun, scenic driving to the base camp of Mt. Victoria, 10 miles away from the lodge will be pleasure of the day. The pine forest and sweet bird calls will fill the beauty of the Mt.Victoria which is the most famous birding area for many endangered species of Myanmar. Following the arrival begin our hiking from the base camp, 6500 ft above sea level, to the top, 10200 ft. At the first 45 minutes of the 3-hour-trek, the quick step becomes difficult. Apply your photography at the top during the period of tea and snacks, and then return to our jeep within 2 hours. The trek down is much easier than the way up. ( If someone from the group can’t trek up the summit, please let us know in advance to rive to the top of the mountain by 4WD ). Continue to Aye Village, 12 miles far away from the base camp for one and a half hours driving by jeep/4WD. It is a small Chin village, meaning very cold in accord with her name, lied on the cliff of the forest hill. Once been one of the British hill camps, there are still some colonial’s old and dinky buildings in the icy cold climate. After sightseeing in the village, in which women with tattoo faces as they love tradition, in the evening, catch pleasurable dinner and overnight in the village.
The commencement is to be taken by scenic driving for one-hour-trip before we start our interesting trek to Kyardo Village. Experience an hour trek along the track down to a stream first and then another hour trekking to the target, Kyardo Village, for sightseeing of the villagers’ costumes and ways of living. One thing interesting to mention is animism and their beliefs on Sharman and Nat, as well as fortune telling by Sharman and Chin traditional dance. After lunch and a short rest, continue trekking toward Lote Pe Village, an old Chin village lied on the top of the hill. There tattoo faced women as well as interesting tradition can be experienced. One and a half down trek to Check Chaung Stream follows after the sightseeing of the village. It is an hour drive up to Mindut by the time we meet our jeep on the bank of the stream. Breakfast is followed by a short transfer to the airport to fly to Heho. Met by a local tour guide and you will enjoy a private transfer to your hotel in the Inle Lake. We'll take you to the ruins of Indein, the vast floating gardens and the awe-inspiring teak of the Nga Phe Chaung Monastery. We've mapped out the perfect day for you that'll include the best lunch on the lake. On the tour, you will visit the ruins of Indein on the south side of Inle Lake, exploring the broken temples with our guide. Cruise past the floating gardens of Inle Lake and witness the one-legged fishing. Enjoy lunch at the best restaurant on the lake. Cruise back to your hotel as the sunsets, casting a glorious glow over the lake. Your evening is free. Overnight at hotel.
Enjoy your hearty breakfast at hotel and you will start the day with your tour guide on a private boat to take a real trip off the beaten path to see the best part of Inle Lake. We will travel southward to the southern end of the lake. The journey is half the fun. You’ll pass sugarcane plantations, bamboo forests, and much more before being greeted by stupas rising out of the water in this largely untouched Pa-o village which is situated on the Shan mountain range. Lunch included in the tour. You will experience the traditional ways of life of Shan, Pa O and Intha ethnic group. Get to the starting point at eastern shore of Inle Lake, This hiking tour offers not only to enjoy nature but you also become acquainted with the centuries old Pa O culture. You will see how the Pa O tribes live their daily lives in harmony with nature and their farm work. Back to hotel and you will spend your evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel, check out form your hotel and start your scenic driving to Loikaw. On the way, you will visit some Pao villages and lunch stop will be in Pinlaung. In the late evening, arrive at Loikaw and check in at your hotel. After take a short rest, we will make city sightseeing which include holy pagoda, Taungkwe Pagaod and some old historical monument in the town. Dinner will be at a restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Loikaw.
After breakfast, one and half hour drive to Padaung native village called "Pan-pet". In this old village, only the Padaung races are living. We will seed their traditional clothing and long ring deceration on their neck, lad and hand. Not only thise traditinla clothing but also we will see autherntic way of lift of Padaung people in the village. After lunch, we will make another one and half hour scenice driving to old Kayar village which lines far from the city. This village is one of the unique old villages of the orginal trip called Kayar tribe in their Kayar state. Most of the women are still using their traditional clothes as in the picture. In the late evening, return to Liokaw to observe the traditional ways of living of Kayah national races. Dinner will be at a restaurant and overnight stay at the same hotel in Loikaw.
After sightseeing morning market, start scenic driving again back to KalaW. On the way, we will visit some village of the hill tribes and Myinmahtite cave. We will see many Buddha statues in the cave. We will arrive Kalaw in the evening. After check in hotel, shell we take a short rest till dinner time. Kalaw is on the high elevation and famous as British hill station. So, it one of the best places to take a rest in Shan state. The cold climate will serve you to be pleasure. Overnight will be at a good hotel in Kalaw.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Kyaingtong by morning flight. Kyaing tone is the second largest city of the Shan State. So, you will see many different colorful ethnic group in their tradition dressing and authentic cultural and traditional costumes . Upon to your arrival time, we will visit Mahamyatmuni Buddha Image and WatJom Kham Shan monastery, which is located in the town. In the evening, visit Akha villages nearby the town. Dinner will be served at a restaurant and Overnight stay at a hotel in Kyaingtong.
Today, we will visit beautiful morning market to see colorful hill tribes and trading of their home make products. In the market, you should try their delicious foods, snacks and noodle soup. After visiting local central market, make a visit to Akha and Lahu tribes village which lies on the hill sides. After one hour driving, we will need trek to get their villages. There, we will observe their ways of life, custom and how they living in their traditional houses. After visiting the whole day in the villages, back to the town and take your time easy. Overnight will be at the same hotel in Kyaingtong.
Get up early morning, and see the water-buffalo market. After visiting morning market, explore Akha and Enn tribes who are living in Pin Tauk villages. Enjoy the beautiful Shan Mountain ranges by trekking through a trail in the lush forest hill. We will meet some villagers and visit to their traditional houses, enjoy your time in these interesting villagers. After that, proceed to Wan Pauk village, located on the way back to hotel to see Palaung tribe with silver ring on their bodies. Overnight stay will be at the same hotel.
We enjoy the sunrise at your hotel and visit Golden Rock again in the morning. On the way back to the truck station, we’ll meet many pilgrims, monks who are going around the mountain to receive offering foods and some hermits who make meditation in the deep jungle. We will take our car at the truck station and proceed to Phokyar Elephant Camp. Half day journey to there is like discovery trip in the middle Myanmar. In the evening, arrive at Phokyar Elephant Camp and take your time easy. We will have dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
In the morning, we will visit nearby villages or colorful central market again for handmade local products of Shan state. Taking afternoon flight back to Yangon.
