DAY 1: BAGAN, EMBARKATION
The first day of your journey will be started off with an amazing welcome breakfast in a peaceful garden of a lacquerware house in Bagan. While enjoying your meal, you also have time to admire one of the oldest lacquer factories in Bagan. This will be a great beginning for your trip.
Your day will be exclusive to discover some well-known historical sites of Bagan including a visit to some wonderful pagodas and temples such as Ananda temple, Shwezigon pagoda, Sulamani and Gubyaukgyi temple. Existing for thousands of years, these relics are discover-worthy for visitors who are interested in the culture of the region.

DAY 2: BAGAN
Enjoy the peaceful riverscape as The Strand Cruise sets sail early this morning towards Mandalay. Your afternoon will be welcomed with a traditional afternoon tea and relaxing moments. After enjoying a delightful dinner, you will have some time to enjoy a beautiful vista on the upper deck. DAY 3: AVA
Your new day will start with a horse cart ride around the former capital of the country – Ava to learn more about the culture of this area and enjoy the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere in the morning. After some time for relaxing, head back on board to enjoy a delightful lunch while setting sail to another area
Your afternoon aboard will be very interesting with many activities. This will be an opportunity for you to learn more about the customs of Burma. When the day comes to an end, relax and enjoy with a cocktail and delicious dinner.
DAY 4: MINGUN
Before exploring Mandalay, start off your new day with a fresh breakfast. Our first visit is Mahamuni pagoda – one of the most important Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Burma. Don’t miss out on another beautiful wonders of the city – UBein bridge – the world’s longest teak bridge where to have beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. Back to the ship for lunch. Then, we sail to Mingun and explore its key sites. Located on the western bank of Ayeyarwaddy river , Mingun is home to the world’s second biggest bell – Mingun Bell and the country’s biggest brick pagoda – Mingun Paya. And don’t forget to visit Hsinbyume pagoda which owns a unique design. Moor overnight in Ava.
DAY 5: MANDALAY - DISEMBARKATION
This morning, try to get up early and take part in a private Alms Giving Ceremony with the Monks. This is a special event of the region through which you can understand more about the typical customs. After that, return to the board to enjoy a delicious breakfast. Our guide will take you to the airport for a flight or you could continue your holiday in Myanmar.
