On this tour, you’ll visit Sule pagoda, an important religious site in Yangon city, Continue your day with a visit to the Reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, a 213-foot-long statue with an expressive enamel face. Drive on to Kalaw. Almost everyone who comes to Kalaw goes trekking in the hills. The town is surrounded by Buddhist pagodas, hilltop viewpoints and the peaceful villages of the Palaung, Danu, Pa-O, Taung Yo and Danaw peoples, all set in a gorgeous landscape of forest-capped hills. Leave your luggage at the hotel. Visit Kalaw's morning market, a colourful mix of produce and local crafts and where the nearby hill tribes come to trade wares. Next, embark upon a light trek into the surrounding hills, passing through farms and small villages that are home to the area's ethnic hill tribe groups such as the Danu, Palaung, Pa-Oh and Shan. Breakfast at hotel and start your trek from the centre of town, you slowly gain altitude as you work your way up towards the elevated plains above Kalaw. Mountains and valleys stretch their way across the landscape. Breakfast and followed by a cruising journey to the villages in the central part of the lake. Visit the lovely hills of Inthein, in a secondary arm of the lake. Here lives the minority Pa-Oh, the second largest ethnic minority in Shan State. Walk in the village before venturing on a long avenue full of stalls, which leads to the top of a hill where the magnificent Buddhist complex in Inthein composed of hundreds of stupa covered with vegetation dating back to the thirteenth century, surrounding an ancient monastery. It returns to the dock through a forest of tall bamboo. In the afternoon you can see the famous crops of fruit and vegetables floating on water, visiting the monastery Nga Pha Kyaung, once famous for cats trained by monks, and the great pagoda Phaung Daw U Kyaung, the most important of the Shan State. Return for overnight stay at the hotel.
After a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Check out and transfer to Heho Airport to connect with your onwards flight in the direction of Mandalay. Pick up and privately transferred to check in your hotel in Mandalay. First, visit the Mahagandayon monastery which comes alive very early in the morning with the glorious scene of monks getting ready to start the day: the monastery is always peaceful and quite, Mahamuni Temple, Golden Palace Monastery. Next, visit Mandalay Palace and Kuthodaw Pagoda. In the afternoon, we will pay a visit colorful Zegyo market to experience the daily life of local people, to take a look at silk weaving workshops and bring back some souvenirs. After that, we will enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill and indulge ourselves with the panoramic view of the plain.

Today, the leisurely 'clack-clack' from the looms of the cotton and silk weavers has replaced the noisy bustle of this former capital. Visit the U Bein Bridge, a spectacular place to enjoy the sunset. This long teak bridge snakes across the Taungthaman Lake. After sunset, return to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and privately transferred to the airport to fly to Bagan. Met and welcomed upon arrival. Transfer to the hotel for checking in. This afternoon is spent with a comprehensive cultural tour to see Bagan's historic temples and highlights. The excursion begins with a visit to Tayoke Pyay Temple. You will be taken to visit temples around Minthu village including Thamanpaya, Thambula and Payathonzu.Next, visit the most beautiful temple in the region, the Ananda Temple. It is the largest, best preserved and most revered of all the temples in Bagan and it is believed that the temple was built around 1105 by King Kyanzittha. You will continue the exploration with a visit temples and pagodas nearby Ananda Temple. End the day viewing the sunset over the plains and temples of Pagan from one of the smaller temples to avoid crowds. Back to the hotel and you will spend your evening relaxing. Overnight at hotel.

Early wake up and you will be picked up from your hotel between 5:30 am and 6:00 am, and taken to the launch site where tea and coffee is served while the crew prepare the balloons. Watching the inflation of the balloon and experiencing lift-off is spectacular. The balloon ride starts at dawn and lasts for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. On landing, you will be served a light champagne breakfast before transferring back to the hotel at approximately 8:30 am. Warm clothing is recommended, as it can be quite chilly. You will then visit Hnget Pyit Taung, a hillock on which a pagoda built by King Pyusawhti stands. The tour ends at Lawkananda Pagoda which is located close to New Pagan Township. Lawkananda pagoda was built by King Anawrahta during his reign in 1059 on the banks of the Irrawaddy River. It is believed the Buddha's tooth relic is enshrined inside the pagoda and it is still used as an everyday place of worship. Return to your hotel and you will spend your evening at leisure.
