Good morning Saigon! You are met and welcomed by a local representative upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh, formerly Saigon city. Privately transferred to a boutique hotel by the riverside. Checking into your accomodation and you will spend the remainder of the day at leisure. If time permits, your tour guide will take you to wander around the city and the market. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast at hotel and followed by a half-day city orientation. You will visit the city's major places of interests and landmarks such as the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Post Office and Thien Hau or Ngoc Hoang Temple. You will also sample delicious noodle soup "Pho" at a local restaurant before getting back to hotel to relax. In late afternoon, you will hop on a vintage vespa to experience Saigon by night. Many opportunities for you to savor local authentic food and various activities that you amaze you. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and bid fawell Saigon then we will leave the bustling city behind for the mighty Mekong Delta region. We will head south for Ben Tre province, famous for its coconut production and quiet, peaceful waterways. Upon arrival, a xe loi awaits you and you will ride through the village and visit orchard garden. Then, board a sampan boat to cruise through small canals with beautiful tropical scenery. Visit traditional kiln factories along the way, crossing the An Hoa river on a sampan cruising through narrow canals and enjoy the peacefulness of the region. The sampan will take you to visit a friendly family. Communicating with them while enjoy fresh fruits, then you will visit a rice noodles factory. Next, hop on a bicycle and cycle around the village roads and trails to see the village and meet some local families. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant that located by the riverside, and then visit the nearby house of Mr Hung, who is a famous sticky rice maker in the village. You can also feed his stock of catfish and walk through his fruit garden. Walk back the local house to catch fish in the pond & pick your own vegetables, and then in the early evening prepare to join the cooking demonstration with the family or host. Breakfast will be served at the homestay, then take a boat trip to Tai Phu canal and stop to visit a coconut processing workshop before taking a bicycle to the busy local market of My Long. After that, cycle to Cau Hoa to visit the local Phuoc Long Tu temple and war memorials. Then cycle to Phong Nam village and your boat will take you to back to Mango Home. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, overnight in Mango Home.
Enjoy Breakfast at the homestay and then start to take a boat trip to Ca Ro canal with the motorized sampan, start to cycle around the village of Phu Hung, Back at the house for lunch and then take the boat to Hung Vuong pier where your car is waiting to take you back to Saigon. Straightly drive to Tan Son Nhat Airport to catch a scheduled flight to Hue city. Meet and greet upon arrival and you will enjoy 20-minute transfer on our private vehicle to a beautiful garden house in Hue. Evening is free. Overnight in Hue city.
Early wake up and enjoy a fantastic mediation and yoga session with a local instructor. Come to a green river bank far away from the busy and crowded city in the early morning. Rejuvenate your body and mind under our experienced yoga instructor’s guidance. Enjoy a morning with a peaceful atmosphere, fresh air and cool breezes aside the Perfume River. This is a wonderful star to a new active day. Return to the hotel for breakfast and followed by a city orientation to visit the city's historic and highlighted landmarks such as Forbidden city, ancient Royal Citadel, Thien Mu pagoda and Minh Mang tomb. Return to Hue for lunch break and in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the outskirt for a leisurely exploration of the Hue countryside by bicycle. Cycle towards the rustic village of Thuy Bieu which has remained largely unchanged for centuries. The village is famous for its tea and pomelo fruit. Continue cycling past family temples and orchards of fruit and bamboo to a local workshop where you can observe people making necklaces from aloe-wood. Then, visit a local home where the family members have been making incense sticks for generations. Chat with them to gain insight into everyday life in a typical countryside village. After visiting a traditional silk painting workshop, explore the Voi Re Temple. Back to the hotel and you will spend your evening relaxing. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast and enjoy a morning drive to Hoi An. Drive over the Hai Van Pass, one of the most beautiful coastline routes in the world. Arrive in Danang and you will visit the Cham Museum, where you can find the world’s largest collection of Cham artefacts, housed in buildings marrying French-colonial architecture with Cham elements. Drive to Ba Na Hills where you will visit Danang's city iconic Golden Bridge and enjoy breath-taking view of lush mountain and scenery surroundings while taking a cable cars. Proceeding to Hoi An and checking into a beautiful boutique hotel. Remainder of the day will be at leisure. Overnight at hotel.

Breakfast and today you will enjoy a tour to Tra Que village, famous for vegetable and herbs planting. Purchase ingredients at the local village market, 3 hours of in-depth hands on cooking, enjoy your self-prepared lunch. After lunch, you will enjoy a short walking tour to visit ancient Hoi An town. Back to hotel and you will spend your evening at leisure. Overnight at hotel
Breakfast and airport transfer to take a scheduled flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival you will meet a local tour guide and driver. Drive to Mai Chau (3 hours) and you will check in a very beautiful lodge overlooking the green rice field. Relax at the pool. In the afternoon, you will be escorted by our tour guide to visit the villages nearby. Meet and communucate with local villages and discover their traditional culture and stilt house. Enjoying local fruit and tea, try weaving, embroidering, pounding rice, watch Kenglong performance and how to make wine. Afterwards you can stroll around the hamlets, before returning back to the lodge. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at the lodge.
Breakfast and this morning is spent with activities of doing and sharing the daily work with local farmers brings a lot of fun if you find yourself in an "active discovery". The activity of course depends on the season and if not in right time, you can do gardening work instead. In the afternoon, cycle to explore Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Na Thia, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau villages. Be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture. Total cycling time is around 2 – 3 hours on flat village paths. Take it all in: the spectacular scenery of Mai Chau and the relaxed rhythm of local life. Back to Mai Chau Ecolodge for dinner. For evening enjoyment, you may choose to take part in a traditional dance show with Ruou Can (a local wine), a cooking class, a weaving class or all. Overnight at the lodge.
After breakfast, spend full morning to relax with the comfort of your room or unwind at our swimming pool & massage centre (optional). You can also choose to explore the surroundings on your own. Check out around and we will transfer back to Hanoi. Upon arrival at a beautiful homestay, you will check into your accommodation. The remainder of the day will be at your own leisure. Breakfast is served by the host and after your delicious breakfast will be a half day city orientation. You will be driven to the city and you will tour around the city. Visit the highlighted places of interests such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, The temple of Literature, Hoa Lo prision...etc. Back to the Old Quarters where you will wander around to buy some souvenirs. Next, the host will see you and you will visit a local market to buy ingredients for an interesting cooking class at your homestay. Enjoy your 2 hour hand on cooking class, and finish with dinner. Breakfast and drive to Halong Bay - the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Embark on the cruise and you will be met and welcomed by the crew. Checking into your accommodation and enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing while the cruise sets sail. Have lunch in the outdoor dining room while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay, admire the fascinating formations on the way. Arrive at Mua Hoa area to enjoy swimming or kayaking through the mystery Karst Mountains Back to the boat for refreshing yourselves in the outdoor or indoor Mineral Seawater Pool, Fitness Room or enjoying the spa and massage services while cruising to Cap La area. Elegant dinner is served on board. After dinner, you will spend your evening relaxing, communicating with the staffs, evening activities atching movie listening to music, squid fishing…). Overnight on Bai Tu Long Bay.
For early risers complimentary tea, coffee and pastries are served in the restaurant followed by-if you so desire – a Tai Chi Class on the Sundeck (07:00 am). A great morning activity to feel one with this natural wonder. By tender boat we bring the guests to a natural white sandy stretch. Sporty ones can also climb up to a hill top to have a last view from above over Halong Bay before we return to the boat and cruise slowly back to Halong City, passing picturesque areas like the Tam Cung Cave and Poem Mountain. During our trundle breakfast is served before we arrive at the shore at around 11:00 am. The crew will bid you farewell and you disembark with our tender boat to the jetty. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province for a short break in this typical Vietnamese agricultural village which is rich in culture and traditions. In the afternoon, you will visit an ancient local house to understand more Vietnamese culture and family tradition. Following by some farming works (making rice, fishing, gardening…) which makes you become a true local, lasts till the end of the daylight. Start the new day with a Tai Chi session. Enjoy a nice breakfast, and then take a stroll around the village in the fresh air. Visit local market and a villagers’ home while you learn how to make special brushes and fans from areca palm tree leaves. Return to Viet House, check out. Have lunch and relax. Enjoy water puppet show by local artist. Your trip now concludes, leaving you with memory of peaceful Yen Duc. Continue your journey with 2-hour drive back to Hanoi. Checking into your accommodation at a boutique hotel which is located in the heart of the Old Quarters. Spend your evening relaxing.
